Every letter has to be opened, checked and tracked.
Kindness By Mail is a pen-pal service for children, run under curated supervision. Letters arrive from other children, and staff open, scan and review every one before it goes on to its recipient, with a QR code system keeping each letter tracked and in order. It is a whole pipeline from letter to Kindness By Mail to recipient, and no off-the-shelf storefront comes close to modelling it.
The build.
Pixlode is building the technology behind Kindness By Mail, from the customer experience to the systems that keep the entire operation running.
The platform brings together subscription billing, parent-managed accounts, child profiles, membership allowances, and a matching system that connects children based on their ages and preferences. Behind the scenes, a custom operations platform manages incoming letters, scanning, content review, QR-code tracking, and the workflow that gets each letter to its recipient.
Rather than relying on disconnected tools and manual processes, the entire experience is being built as one integrated system, designed to support both families and the staff managing the service.
